You can view a picure of a PS3 blu-ray drive Here. Again this is not and easy fix as you must set them in precisely and they do not like to stay unless they are all together. The gate on the other hand can also be stuck due to a gear slip or if they were opened too much and cannot close. This can be fixed by properly resetting the spindle back into place, which might take a couple of tries if you have never done it before since it has to be pretty precise on location. If the spindle gets stuck by falling to far into the drive it can cause the arms that push out the disk and open the gate to click a couple of times until it fails. The spindle drops down again when a cd is inserted and this is what keeps the disk from moving around in the drive while spinning. When the Blu-ray drive tries to eject the cd, it has to push up a white magnetic spindle in order to push the disk forward. The parts could be a white magnetic spindle or the gate in front of the drive. There are a couple of different parts in the drive that can cause that problem and it also depends on if there is already a disk in the system.
